Refund and Returns Policy

• We accept returns up to 30 days from the date the customer receives the order.
• After providing the correct data in the system with a request for a return, the customer will receive a return label by email (up to 24 hours). The package should be packed in the original packaging and handed over to the indicated carrier. After receiving the package, we will consider the return and transfer the funds to the customer’s account in the same way as payment was made within 30 days of receiving the shipment.
